Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://minebloom.gitbook.io/play/welcome-to-minebloom-wiki/rules.md). # Rules Being a part of our server means you are automatically agreeing to our rules that are listed below! ## General Rules **English Only, No Foreign Languages** All conversations must be kept in English only, to ensure our staff can moderate and maintain a safe environment at all times. **Spamming & Copy pastas** Please avoid spamming messages, images, GIFs or copy pastas. **Direct Swearing & Indirect Swearing** Direct swearing at other members is not allowed. Light, indirect swearing is allowed as long as it doesn’t bypass the server filter. **Discussing Punishments** Discussing punishment, whether it's your own or someone else's is not allowed in any of our chats. **Controversial Topics** Controversial topics are not allowed. This includes politics, religion, conspiracies and anything that sparks strong debate or disagreement. **Bypassing Filters** Do not attempt to bypass any of our filters. This includes trying to exploit loopholes to send blacklisted words or inappropriate content into our chats. **Unsafe Links** Sending harmful URLs to harm or obtain personal data from other users within our network or server member’s DMs is strictly prohibited. **Punishment Evading** Evading any existing punishment, such as bans or mutes, is not allowed. **Advertisements** Advertising your own Discord server, Minecraft server or any other community is not allowed on our server or in any of our members DMs without their consent. **Purpose Annoyances** Disruptive behavior of any kind is not allowed on our server. This includes actions intended to annoy, provoke, or upset other members. Examples include, but are not limited to, creating drama, trolling, or setting homes at other players bases without their consent. **Impersonation** Impersonating or pretending to be another individual, such as a player or staff member, is strictly not allowed. **Inappropriate Content** Inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to inappropriate builds, usernames, nicknames, skins, signs, and conversations, as well as any discussions related to drugs, alcohol, illegal activities, or sexual content. **Doxing & DDoS** Threatening to share or joke about releasing personal information, such as locations, IPs or private details is strictly prohibited. Additionally any threats to DDoS, crash, or harm the server will not be tolerated. **Mini Modding** Please avoid staffing each other unless you are part of our support team. If you encounter any issues, kindly open a support ticket for assistance. ## Survival Rules **Farms & Grinders** Farms or grinders that cause lag or negatively impact server performance may be removed at staff discretion. Large scale farms, including guardian farms, are strictly prohibited. However, small scale farms are allowed. **Chargebacks** Charging back after buying something from our store is a automatic permanent ban by Tebex, that is non-appealable. **Disallowed Modifications** The use of disallowed modifications that negatively impact others, the server, or any software or hardware is prohibited. Read our modifications list here. **Griefing & Stealing** Griefing and stealing are strictly prohibited. This includes taking or modifying items, blocks, or builds that aren’t yours, regardless of whether the land is claimed or unclaimed. Refunds for stolen items will be determined by staff. To keep your belongings safe, always claim your land and items. Read how to claim land and items. **Exploiting Glitches & Bugs** Exploiting or withholding glitches is prohibited. This includes creating, selling or distributing them, as well as duplicating items and exploiting server vulnerability. String and TNT dupers are also banned due to their negative impact on the network. **Non-consented killing or hurting** Do not kill or harm other players without their consent. This includes TP trapping, tricking players into teleporting to you with the intent to kill, or trapping them in death pits, traps, or portals. **Roleplays & Lore** All community created roleplays and lore must follow our server rules at all times. They should not negatively affect the server or the players involved, such as causing drama or conflicts. **Shop Advertisements** Shop advertisements in chat are allowed, but please avoid spamming. Ensure there is a minimum 10-minute cooldown between each advertisement you send. **Scamming** Scamming players for real money, in-game currency, items, or trades through deception or manipulation is strictly prohibited. **Alternative Accounts** Alt accounts are allowed, but using them to gain unfair advantages or double rewards, such as claiming daily rewards, accessing additional chest shops or player warps and more is not allowed. This also includes playing on one account while AFKing on another. **Selling & Trading Items** Selling or trading in-game items such as ranks, cosmetics or other in-game items within the game, for real money is strictly not allowed. However, you are welcome to sell or trade cosmetics and other in-game items for in-game currency. **Claiming & Building** Claiming land within 150 blocks of another player’s build or claim without their consent is not allowed. Please be respectful and considerate of others' space. **Inactivity** Please note that if you are inactive on the server for 45 days or more, your claims may be forfeited. This means that any builds, items, or structures within your claims may be removed by staff. To avoid losing your progress, be sure to stay somewhat active! ## Discord Rules **Microphone & Sound Disruption** Making unpleasant or loud sounds into your microphone is not allowed. **Copying & Stealing** Directly copying our server layout, embeds, Google Docs or any other original content created by us for your own server is not allowed. Anyone found doing so without permission will be permanently banned from our Discord server. However, if you'd like to take inspiration from our server, please feel free to ask first as we might be open to it! **Voice Calls** By joining a voice call on MineBloom, you are automatically agreeing to follow all server rules. You acknowledge that in case of rule violations, recordings may be made for staff use only. These recordings will not be shared publicly or posted on social media. **Age Restrictions** You must be 13 or older to join and participate in our discord server. **Streaming In Voice Chats** Games rated above "Teen" by ESRB are not permitted to be streamed in voice chat. **Discord's ToS & Guidelines** Please ensure you read and follow Discord's [Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) and [Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines). --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
