***To successfully open a ticket, Please follow these steps!*** 

• Go to our [discord server](https://discord.minebloom.net/) and click support-tickets channel

• Click `Create ticket` button

• Explain your issues

• Wait until a staff member responds! 

**Reasons to open a Support Ticket!** 

• Player reports 

• Questions and concerns 

• Punishment appeals 

• Bugs reports 

• Role or rank issues 

• Giveaway winners

• Event winners

• Any general support that can be handled by a support team member!
